@amandapalmer @sleepdiplomat I'm not sure how much COVID has had an influence on my alarm, but so long as I don't need to be up before dawn, my body wakes up in plenty of time, usually in the 5 to 6 am range. I keep an alarm to get me up if I happen to sleep late, but very rarely ever need it.
