@bt_uk We were just switching from Sky to Bt- no need for an engineer- but BT didn’t pull it off! We had the router in place and everything was ready to go.

@bt_uk My husband spoke to someone this morning and had to take time off work. It’s disappointing more than anything and means we have limited Broadband over the Christmas period. (Less that 2mbps) We are penalised for our geographical location.
