@Hermesparcels my parcel was left in the locker in Stockport on Wednesday this week…. still there today! Apparently a technical with the locker. Strange how I manger to contact Inpost and get it released…they said there’s other parcels in it you’ve not collected all week!

I am disappointed that you have not sorted this issue out that only took a 5 minute phone call by me to resolve whilst standing outside the locker. Also you did not bother to contact me to tell me there was an issue. Also lots of other people will have this issue. A disgrace!!!!

I have now taken the parcel to a parcel shop….wasting 30 mins of my time! I was told you will refund my postage once you have sorted the issue….don’t worry so have sorted it for you!!! I feel that postage refund is not enough compensation for me sorting out your problem.
