@Fanatics has, like most companies these days have absolutely lost the art of good customer service. You buy a customised Chargers Will Dissly #81 (cause my last name is Disley - close enough) shirt from their drop down menu, and you receive a Dissly #18. No effort to rectify the problem just told return the item and you are more than welcome order a new one. The returns and refund process can take around 14 days. No good when I want the shirt for a thanksgiving NFL party.
