Spread my self a bit thin with my projects, but I did get a new smeggs sketch done! This actually came as a concept sketch from another story I was brewing, but I may end up using it for my main manga project since without color, they look similar to my characters teehee…

Taking a lil break from that animation…but I did get boy face and body animated! This quickie sketch ended up being fanart smut. Uploaded as video cuz I always love to see other people’s processes! If anyone wanna try to line art and color this, lemme know. :)

@Vanillitas @verymildpeach I hope in the future! Right now it only exists in storyboards (100+ chapters spread over 3 arcs), and as a word document. I might end up posting it as a web novel first just to see if the story is interesting enough for folks, but i’ll need a strong proofreader/editor >__<;

I’ve never done traditional animation before. I did try to learn it a few months ago but my comfort level with CSP wasn’t there yet, now I’m tackling it again! Here’s the scene I’m going to try to animate with zero experience, but so far it’s been fun!

Animation Day 2: Kinda…forgot to sleep cuz this process was so much fun to learn. Smoothed the frames, added tongue action, and dropped her into the scene to check proportion and fit. Tomorrow I can start on the boi!! And as always - hair last….(my nemesis).:P

@verymildpeach They’re OCs from a dark fantasy smut I’m working on :3. Poor silverboi married his sweetheart in secret, and was forced into a political marriage with a villainess. He’s shared between two whamen; one is quiet and vanilla, and the one in this pic is spicy and aggressive 😆

@Vanillitas @apronperson I used clip studio paint :3. I have procreate too but I fail so bad at using it because I lack the illustrator/painting background skills. But I’m always lurking YouTube videos of people creating amazing works with it!!

Here’s last night’s first practice run, learning about frame rates, key frames, and tweening! I think I need a lot more frames to smooth it out. This is 16 FPS? Will bump up to 24.

I’ve started to become more concerned about paneling, and thought I’d try a more traditional sized page layout. I read it’s easier to translate this to web than from web layout to printed…Trying to learn how to panel better!!!
