@will_ketter thank you! im working a much lower stress job for better pay now, but i’d be lying to say i didn’t miss the Bstrat community. i loved my job there and i loved the students i taught, just didn’t love the mistreatment and lack of mobility. wishing yall ALL the best in this fight 🙏

couldn’t be more proud of the Bstrat team! i worked here for 2 years and never got a raise, had to rely on my parents for support. moreover the company culture is just abysmal wrt addressing staff needs/complaints, and turnover is absolutely constant. stay strong guys!!
