@Poundland didn't seem to fussed when I raised a potential #chokinghazard with there creepy town skeleton nutcracker (the white one) it pops apart easily. There response we will pass it on ,but it is listed as ornamental ,a 1 year old can't read warnings!

@virginmedia i wanted to remove tv from our package i agreed this with one 'person' and instead of just you know doing it, he passed me onto retentions where the massive wait began.All i want is tv removed and our bill reduced each month to £577 which was the agreed amount its not difficult!

@virginmedia @Virgin i spoke to one person and agreed to remove my tv element from our package, all good he agreed this, then he put me onto the bloody retentions team who i have been on hold to, online since. im not going anywhere i need to sort this or i will be leaving. its beyond a joke!
