@JagexSupport hello my account was banned for botting- I’m unsure what caused this as I am actively playing everytime I’m on.
The only thing that change yesterday was my husband set up a vpn, could this have caused it ?
I just redeemed a bond I worked very hard for.

And now I banned for 2 days ? And the appeal process says it can take 72 hours?
I just need to know what not to do in the future- because I have literally just been playing.
This has been my escape since having my second kiddo- I don’t want to risk my account being permanently

They were not illegally cast.
They just haven’t been counted.
