Replay is six years old today. @dizzyup and I have made stuff together for a decade, but it was in covid we thought we could get a little more serious about it (still not that serious). For six years now this little side project has been evenings and weekends and increasingly, vibe coding on trains and planes.

Also recent, at the start of 2026 I updated the way my wallpaper collections are applied on macOS Tahoe. Adding wallpapers to the System Settings pane no longer works via scripting (😞), so I made a lightweight app and helper to apply them (🤓). Bit over-engineery, but fun.

Unreasonably excited about the latest beta of Pika (https://t.co/ufDpAEgnZ6), my open-source colour picker for macOS. It now integrates with the system colour picker, meaning you can tweak colours, drop in hex codes, and generally have infinitely more granular control over your contrast. Everyone wins!
