@SomeGuyTano@RealBubbaDex@TheJFreakinC Santana v United States 1976. Also known as the hot pursuit doctrine. Once a pursuit has begun it and an officer seen you enter the property from a public view, they NOT NEED a warrant to pursue you on private property. So confident and wrong, learn the law
@SomeGuyTano@RealBubbaDex@TheJFreakinC This is not true and has been decided in court already. They 100% can follow you into private property. If they couldn’t, every criminal would just run onto someone’s property and they wouldn’t be caught… see how dumb and wrong that is 😂
@Nyslickness@insanevideos Of course the video is edited to make him look like a villain. Like 3 seconds before this she hits him repeatedly in the bacc of the head as he tries to walk to his desk
@nn1964yue@T_Mac1990@TONYxTWO You do understand the first amendment is about more than speech right? I’m sure the section they’re referring to is the right to a peaceful assembly and to petition the govt. both of which were physically halted therefore violating the kids first amendment…
@TYxNYphoto@dfaustt Yes but yall group all security together too often. The security you see at a mall, isn’t the same security you see doing a travel PPD. There are 100s of EP courses that drill these scenarios for us. Training is what matters. Some states don’t even require a security license..
@Paul51760921196@wildfreakouts Definitely not “their room”. If the teacher decides a student needs to leave, the student needs to leave. That is not true the other way around soo that alone should tell you 😂 government funded building owned by the school board, school board employee. See where this is going ?
@Benett_Langley @greyrobedsr@Suzierizzo1 Yes they may enter. Any place “open to the public” allows anyone to enter. Doesn’t mean you’re allowed to stay, they can still be trespassed by the owner or key holder and told to leave. Happens all the time at casinos 🤷🏽♂️
@LojzovicLojza@ItsTaylorFrench@blizz_mama@dom_lucre Take a look at my pfp. I’m very familiar with weapons. NRA and USCCA instructor certified 🤷🏽♂️ and if you’re on a range with any live ammo that’s true. In a controlled environment there’s nothing wrong with this. Practice is practice.
@TheOrac93482874@KBSteel07@TheGabriel72 Because they didn’t have enough to arrest her. She could’ve just said no. He made sure she said “yes” and didn’t accept the “fine” answer. It’s pretty common for police to do this, then arrest you if you deny. Same with DUI test. You can deny the test, but you’ll get arrested 🤷🏽♂️
