@British_Airways Thats extremely disappointing to hear. What are my options if I pay the change fee? Do I need to decide on a new date and destination now, or can I get BA credit/voucher for the amount I originally paid for the flights to use at a later date? James

@British_Airways BA makes the ticket rules and BA alone has the ability to change them. The “our hands are tied” line doesn’t wash I’m afraid! James 3/3

@British_Airways You clearly appreciate that the situation is an evolving one(hence catering for customers that are hesitant to book flights right now),but won’t recognise that passengers who booked well in advance with absolutely no knowledge of the current situation are in a far worse position.
