@interracials3x It's all about the selections, avoiding vocal and/or key clashes, for drum n bass, breaks, garage etc - techno, with long intros, no melody or vocals in the transitions - is much easier to mix

@Simon_Ingari This was after 18 years employment at the same company though, there may be a mimimum length of service before this process is triggered. I was not replaced so it was technically a redundancy but they were concerned in case I took it to a tribunal

@Simon_Ingari In my case I used an employment solicitor of my choosing, at the company's expense - he read through the terms and advised me to sign- saying I wouldn't be able to negotiate for anything better - in the UK I believe this process is enshrined in law, happy to be corrected though

@anon_opin Same with the brexit vote which was rushed and didn't ask properly what to do instead - the devil would be in the detail - on the monarchy we should ask 'who would you like to be our head of state instead' as this would need to be decided at the same time imo
