Day 4 was arguably the most important day of the team meeting - the #team building day. We explored Saale on a boat, crossing numerous locks on the way, which in particular required efficient #teamwork. Thank all of you, #djangsters, for this especially successful team meeting!
It is always a good idea to get a coffee and reflect on your achievements. Looking back is part of looking ahead, defining your goals and effectively reaching them. This was exactly what we did on day 3 of our #team meeting. Of course we snug in some more bot #coding at the end!
Day 2 of the #team meeting proved to be very productive. We successfully mob programmed Bluff - the human-friendly planning poker bot for #Slack and finished the day exploring the old and new landmarks of Halle.
We finally got to meet each other in person! Even though not the whole team could attend due to Corona restrictions, we are happy to spend a good week together in a historic castle in Saxony-Anhalt working out new ideas, brainstorming and having fun. #team#teammeeting#teamwork
