I'm sure as the order is still missing, your SM team will paste some blurb and call it day. Not sure how do you people live with yourselves by deceiving the customers by calling the delivery a 2 day priority.

@AjioCares@AjioCares Order delayed 5+ days already. Original EDD ~27 Jan, changed 3 times, yesterday phone call promised same/next day (1-2 Feb) β still nothing. This is unacceptable.
Demand:
1. Confirm Tomorrow's delivery OR
2. Immediate full refund + goodwill compensation
@AjioCares You guys are a joke! I got a call from the customer service guy yesterday and he said "Sir, we'll do our best to get to delivered today by EOD or max by tomorrow"
Of course we all know how that turned out to be.
@AjioCares You people have the worst delivery services. Keep dreaming if you wanna compete with the market leaders. My order is an express delivery and supposedly should have been delivered by 30 of last month however there is still no update on it.
Pathetic to say the least.

If the issue is not fixed at the earliest, i'm going to raise it through consumer court and also I will move to a different service.I need a refund for the bill that I paid. Screw you all.
@ACTFibernet Your services in Hyderabad are only becoming worst from bad since recent months, I have been extremely patient, however I feel it's time to move away to your competition who are providing better services.
@ACTFibernet What the hell is wrong with you people, two weeks in a month there is no internet.However, for the bill you keep calling and you keep sending sms. Again there is no internet right after paying the monthly bill. Shittiest service without a doubt.
