@hotstar_helps why is the IPL commentary echoing? #MIvDC

[Dillon Patel (Dillon Chhitu) @djay12793]

@Hotstarusa @hotstar_helps How do I change the audio language of the IPL commentary from English to Hindi on a Roku device? I'm able to do that on the mobile app just fine.

[Dillon Patel (Dillon Chhitu) @djay12793]

@slinganswers Still not working!

[Dillon Patel (Dillon Chhitu) @djay12793]

@slinganswers Can you fix the Willow cricket channels on Sling? They have been down for the last 3-4 hours.

[Dillon Patel (Dillon Chhitu) @djay12793]

@slinganswers @ivishal77 I don't believe the Willow channels on Sling will even show the World Cup, since Hotstar has the digital rights in North America https://t.co/kLnwwZPJVx. I was in a similar situation last year for the IPL and thought Sling Willow showed it and had to get Hotstar instead.

[Dillon Patel (Dillon Chhitu) @djay12793]

@slinganswers Yes, there's only 2 Willow channels: Willow Cricket and Willow XTRA, and both channels are not working!

[Dillon Patel (Dillon Chhitu) @djay12793]

@slinganswers I have DM'ed the info.

[Dillon Patel (Dillon Chhitu) @djay12793]

@slinganswers Since all the Star network channels have been removed from my Sling Hindi plan, I would like some credit back from my payment please.

[Dillon Patel (Dillon Chhitu) @djay12793]

@slinganswers Yeah, however Star Plus was the main channel we used to watch, and I already paid for a yearly subscription. Now, I have to pay extra for Hotstar and that is why I wanted some credit, since I'm not getting the main channel we watch.

[Dillon Patel (Dillon Chhitu) @djay12793]

@Hotstarusa You guys suck! This is the @IPL? #MIvCSK #needmymoneyback #wtf
