It's less "vibecoding" and more "scaldcoding". Mostly all in doing is telling the AI when it's doing something stupid.
The trick is knowing enough to know when it's doing something stupid.
How silly is it that in google shutting down it's podcast app they don't let you export your progress on subscriptions to yt music? Why even offer a replacement if it has no advantage?
@crgentle ChatGPT did kind of miss the idea that it could further believe it's hallucinations or other weird effects by reading them back as input believed to be from humans.
How many years before the web is so full of generative AI content that it's a significant proportion of generative AI's input to cause a problem?
"Mad AI Disease" if you will.
(for those too young to get the reference - https://t.co/TAegO6noxF)
We are moving our https://t.co/ed21oZ4IXR dev process from Zenhub to Github Projects. Since I found no tool to automate that migration I created one: https://t.co/2gvwgWXUHx.
BTW. I think one lesson I take away from Zenhub - build Products not Features of others products.
@Mike_Honey_ And it looks less different if you do XBB*.
My point is that back when BA.2.75.* was dominant there there were a bunch of others like BN.1 which was of interest. BA.5.* had BA.4.* and sub variants of BA.5 which you are grouping in hindsight.
@Mike_Honey_ It's true that in thailand at least you can see the "other" variants now make up a great % on my plots. However the number of samples is now very low so that could also be the reason for the variability.
@Mike_Honey_ It's for this reason tools like https://t.co/bSYHhhTNq9 let you group in different ways to try untangle what variants are really having an effect at a local level. And why on my plots I group variants only once its clear which is dominant. https://t.co/YKyYZxSow8
I'm surprised by so much commentary saying the apple vision pro is a solution without a problem. I think all VR is about solving the expenses of space and distance. Particularly trust at a distance. One thing the pandemic taught us is zoom meetings aren't much better than phone.
@SitApp_app seems to work pretty well. Like this eye of sauron growing red and angry in the corner of my screen when the webcam sees I'm slouching.
Does have a pretty big memory leak though. 20GB a day.
@CNXObserver@BKK_FLYER@RichardBarrow The biggest problem is lack of popularity of banh mi in thailand. You need high turn over for fresh bread. All but the most popular banh mi places in vn are morning only and just go until they run out of the days bread.
@allenholub@fredvd I think you might be underestimating the number of misguided red attempts that have sunk it slowed businesses. A bit survival biasy.
@chrisjrn {(1,1):(2,2), (2,2): (1,1)} :)
And set comprehension is going to be harder to spot.
{I for I in stuff} vs {I:v for I in stuff}
Maybe there should be ide plugins that change code as you read it to be the form you prefer?
But I'm not sure adding <> would have been a win.
