things if they occur on the same day of an office visit. If it’s a procedure the physician should be paid but I suspect it’s the higher charge is allowed

@txsportsdoc @Riley_Gaines_ What procedure or service is so urgent it must be done the same day? Is it that you can’t bill for it on the same day and hence you want same day procedures so you can bill?

@Riley_Gaines_ We won’t have free market healthcare because the government issues regulations that force behavior. Until the government gets out of healthcare we will not see a reduction in costs. Everything about the system promotes utilization which increases the total spent.
