@Adani_Elec_Mum Post this your engineer came and has changed our Meter for testing in the lab as he agreed that definitely some fault with the sudden jump in the units almost 10 times. Parallely we are getting messages for disconnection to clear the faulty bill generated. Can you please rectify

@bajajgeneral I am having a very traumatic experience dealing with the team for a simple thing as transferring the policy. Everything is delayed- request you to look into it on priority. I made a call, sent email- raised complaints on Boing.Only getting assurances. @nikhoel_vyas
