Just arrived in #Manchester following an horrendous 8hr #train #journey from #LondonEuston on @AvantiWestCoast. Must say Caroline, train manager, deserved a medal for customer service on what was the #halloween journey from hell! Only one more train to get back to Preston!😴💤
