AI agents are great at helping investigate issues, but giving them direct SQL access is… not ideal.
Blitz Bridge gives them a safer path: read-only, profile-scoped Azure SQL diagnostics through an MCP server backed by the First Responder Kit.

Ontario FOI freeze: Civil servants who process freedom of information requests have been told not to issue any new decisions or seek out new records from the government, according to documentation provided by a source.

It can run locally, through Docker Compose, or be deployed to Azure Container Apps with managed identity + Key Vault.
Feedback, issues, and PRs are very welcome - especially from folks experimenting with MCP, SQL Server, Azure SQL, or AI-assisted ops.
I built Blitz Bridge: a read-only .NET MCP server that lets AI agents run safe Azure SQL diagnostics using Brent Ozar’s First Responder Kit.
No arbitrary SQL.
No raw credential handoff.
Just structured, allowlisted database insight.

Ontario doesn’t need to “wait until the next election” to speak up.
People are angry for a reason.
Doug Ford’s Ontario has become a province of scandals, secrecy, privatization, and broken public trust.
The Greenbelt scandal. The Ontario Place/Therme spa deal. The Science Centre fiasco. The private jet controversy. The RCMP investigation.
And now attacks on transparency itself.
This government weakened public access to information and transparency protections, making it harder for journalists and the public to hold politicians accountable. Democracy depends on openness not secrecy.
Meanwhile:
🏥 Public health care is being privatized while ERs close and hallway medicine worsens. 📚 Public education is overcrowded and underfunded. 🏠 Housing is unaffordable while homelessness explodes. 💊 ODSP recipients are being left in poverty. 👩⚕️ Nurses, teachers, and frontline workers are burned out and ignored. 🛣 Developers and insiders keep getting special treatment.
Ontario deserves leadership that puts people before political insiders, developers, and backroom deals.
Enough is enough.
Sign the petition. Share it everywhere. Let Ontario be heard.

NEW: Carmine Nigro's company sought half a billion dollars in compensation for the expropriation of air rights it didn't actually own.
MX and the government won't say how much it got in the settlement.
Any news on the outage @MyGetTeam?
While support is sometimes responsive, and they personally follow up no matter what (refreshing), it feels like the platform is degrading, and we should look at migrating away.
NEW: The Ford government's controversial FOI changes -- embedded into this year's budget legislation -- is set to skip public hearings and will return to the legislature for a final vote.
Here's how it happened:
