@MetLife Had a claim from 1/9/26, docs have been sent 5x now, it’s been “escalated”, I’ve spoken with a “supervisor”. I was told a month ago, it will be “processed in 10-14 days”. Then a week ago that it would be done in 48 hours. STILL NOT DONE!😤 What is deal?!
