@AmazonHelp @amazonIN Prime order and replacement have been repeatedly marked as “Customer not contactable” / “Rejected by customer” with zero delivery attempt, no call, no OTP. This appears to be falsification at the last-mile delivery. Request immediate investigation.

@amazonIN pathetic #primedaysale experience. Unable to checkout from cart! Tried on multiple devices. Got on call with helpline, they said I have to delete all my saved for later items manually (500+) inorder to checkout! Great way to give the prime experience to paying customers

@Olacabs Pathetic service and experience today. Booked a cab for 6 AM today tride from my hotel in Bangalore to the airport. The cabbie called and asked for the drop location. When I refused to tell the location, he cancelled the ride! And no other old was available.
