@MakeThatMakeSen @AZ_Intel_ The problem with you theory is that they NEVER identified themselves as officers nor federal agents. They also appeared to not have probable cause to stop her. Federal agents can't enforce local traffic laws. Agents train to NOT shoot people in vehicles too.
