@Uber_Support Nothing was detailed in the message sent via the app other than letting me know you’ve connected that I’ve reached out here on X. Your replies seem intentional to not help and no solution is being given. The dms sent aren’t providing any direction or help.
@Uber_Support I received a DM with denied customer support and no request for information about my order was asked. It is not right that I’m being charged for items that I did not receive. I’m not requesting a refund on my total order. Just the items not received. Please advise.
@Uber_Support Hi, unfortunately it’s the same automated message. You do see how the restaurant confirmed I didn’t receive the items? So why should I still be charged? Im not asking for a refund on my total order.

Hello, can someone assist me in regards to an Uber ears order? Items were missing and I’m still being charged for the items: I’m request a refund for the items not received. The customer support I precious spoke to was no help and refused to help further.
