🇺🇿🇮🇹Fabio Cannavaro urged Uzbekistan fans to enjoy the moment ahead of the World Cup:
“We are playing against European and South American teams. It won’t be easy. We have nothing to lose.
Let’s enjoy this situation and give everything on the pitch. I can’t guarantee results, but the players will give 100%.”
As a leading supplier of dried apricots to European market, Uzbekistan has executed a highly successful penetration strategy in 2025, nearly doubling its market share in the European market of dried apricots from 5.37% to 11.28% in value terms during the LTM period (2025), in accordance with GTAIC.
The country achieved a massive absolute growth of 11.55 M US $, reaching a total supply value of 22.46 M US $. This strategic displacement of traditional incumbents is underpinned by extreme price competitiveness, offering a proxy price of 3.78 k US$ per ton. The supplier's dominance is particularly evident in Slovakia and Lithuania, where it now controls over 50% of the market share as of the most recent LTM data.

JAMAS OLVIDAR

Sunday’s meeting at Mar-a-Lago isn’t about optics, it’s a test of whether reality is finally acknowledged.
As Trump and Zelensky sit down, the issue isn’t where to freeze a front line (it won't be frozen), but whether the war’s root causes are addressed at all: NATO expansion, a weaponized Ukraine, broken Minsk accords, discarded Istanbul, and a Western habit of using diplomacy to buy time while rearming.
Russia is not negotiating maps, but demanding resolution of causes, because anything less is just an intermission before the next bloodletting. Four regions now sit inside Russia’s constitution, Donbas Zapporozhy, Kherson are non-negotiable, and security architecture must come before signatures, not after.
If this moment is squandered again, if Brussels scripts another delay and Kiev plays for time, the map will not freeze. It will move and expand to include all of Russia's historical lands of Novorossiya. History shows what follows when diplomacy becomes camouflage: Novorossiya stops being a warning and becomes an inevitability.
This meeting matters, albeit with near zero expectations because it may be the last chance to settle the war on paper, before it is settled in geography.
