@IndonesiaGaruda I believe @IndonesiaGaruda have thousands of employees (unless they just sit around) and have proper business process. I wonder whether this is a normal to process and acceptable timeframe in premium airline such as @IndonesiaGaruda?

I don’t think @IndonesiaGaruda deserve a 5 stars rating from @airlinequality, as Garuda’s customers complain handling is not good enough. They don’t even have an auto reply email from [email protected] and it’s over 48 hours, still no answer from @IndonesiaGaruda
