@estherdwijaya @Duanerob345 @SkyHelpTeam If openreach has closed the ticket it usually means they've been out and checked the problem and that information should be back for Sky to pick up on their BT portal to relay onto you. if its closed and its not resolved, advise Sky to contact BT for a thorough breakdown.
@estherdwijaya @Duanerob345 @SkyHelpTeam sounds like they've found an external fault. The outcome of this will completely be reliant on how motivated the BT engineer is on the day he/she comes out. Hopefully an adviser has committed to a call back? If not shame on you @SkyHelpTeam for not taking ownership.
@SkyHelpTeam@javelinsam Also you do not need to publicise these messages after you've direct messaged someone. Keep the conversation private. You're not going to get praise for doing your job. I would love to see you numpties at sky work in 1st or even 2nd line IT. You'd get torn apart π¬
@SkyHelpTeam@javelinsam Take ownership and go the extra mile. Don't allow sky policies to prevent you to help a customer even when its a little bit out of your remit. You're getting paid for this, they don't need to leave you 5star feedback to keep your team leader off your back. do your job.
@gadgetheaven @Yoshi1400M @IM_org Sorry to hear that m8. i've heard 5G internet is going to be even higher RF levels. what about wifi? now we've got 5ghz frequencies im guessing that meaning more rf?
@javelinsam@SkyHelpTeam these numpties on sky twitter get paid over 17k for copying and pasting these premeditated responses like this and they go home with a sense of achievement? remember to accumulate all your downtime and get those days taken off your next bill. bun sky
@SkyHelpTeam Why dont you tidy up your company policies and prevent brown people from having less rights than their Caucasian colleagues. Fix up Sky you're an evil corporation teaching us to manipulate customers especially when we had emotional/elder customers. An ex-Sky-employee
@SkyHelpTeam you get paid same as the rest of the call centre for copying and pasting. It takes you a week to resolve basic issues and if not that you're just a POC "to put us in contact with the correct department". I wouldnt feel like i had a sense of achievement if i were you. Lorraine
@EleMancuso84@SkyHelpTeam i despise sky as much as you but external faults like these would usually be caused to BT's equipment as all providers use them (apart from virgin). Virgin fibre is the way forward, highest and most stable upload/download speeds in the UK. Facts! An ex Sky Broadband employee

For anyone not apart of Sky employment, just take a look at these recent comments. Sky packages are supposed to be free for employees which is why alot of people join sky. My applications for this employee benefit was rejected numerous times.
@SkyHelpTeam Now take into consideration that i left due to unforeseen circumstances with my childs birth. They didn't support me but rather forced me to leave so i could take care of my child. What support did sky offer? Debt....
@SkyHelpTeam Thats your Employee Summary. Pay special attention to the latter part "providing for your future, experiencing the great products we have to offer or the little things that show we care, we aim to make your life better by providing a great range of benefits which fit around your"
