Probablemente estamos ante la evidencia mas clara y contundente de manipulación de al menos una parte de la justicia. De hecho, no podia existir otra explicación para que una persona con 49 procesos, con evidencias más rígidas de que el agua moja y denunciados por su propio entorno con quienes se peleó, esté hoy prácticamente sin medidas cautelares. En una traición mental, Prieto admite que: "le llaman jueces y fiscales, a escondidas" siendo un procesado múltiple y al notar su error, trata de enmendar diciendo que "se reúne con ellos" hundiendose aún más. Sabemos que la lucidez intelectual no es la mayor virtud de Prieto, lo cual es otra evidencia más de la veracidad de tal extremo, pues refuerza el principio de Cipolla de que "El estúpido es aún más peligroso que el malvado"
