No ethical billionaires. As much as the family man facade is on, Steve Cohen is still a billionaire, and will do billionaire things. Not at all surprised that the man who just fought tooth and nail to open a shiny new casino is placing his bets here
NEW: The Mets are the first MLB franchise with a team-level prediction-market partner, and it's not Kalshi or Polymarket.
It's Novig.
“It's a big milestone, but not just for us,” @Novig founder @j__fort tells @FOS. “It’s a sign of what’s to come."

I’ve had somewhere between 12-15 concussions, most of them coming before I turned 18, I’m 31 now. I have post concussion syndrome, my family doctor has always done a great job with monitoring me as the years have gone by, but you can definitely see noticeable changes as time passes. I have developed a small stutter, I forget words, I stop talking mid-sentences sometimes, totally forgetting what I was even talking about, migraines, nausea, short-term, and long-term memory loss, I could honestly go on. Symptoms definitely can appear, unfortunately I would assume in many of these cases they aren’t being treated properly, maybe the families don’t know exactly what’s happening, I mean a lot of the major North American sports associations still try to hide how serious concussions can be. Obviously every case is different, but I would recommend to anyone who has a history with concussions, stay in touch with a medical health professional, do research, have the people closest to you do research, there are definitely ways to avoid tragedy. Is it curable? No, but getting help is never a bad option, and could still help someone live a normal life.
