@BankofAmerica can’t believe your business credit card is predatory. Drew me in with an offer and then cut the limit after I made a payment. Such bad business practices. I’m disappointed.
@united Service took a back seat today as Gate Agent Francisco at Newark Airport C81 gate at 7pm failed to even check for an extra legroom seat for a Premier Silver passenger who kindly requested one.
@AmericanAir out of the Miami hub had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced traveling on an International flight today. It seems that’s not their priority.
