I have been using Paytm business since 2019! Suddenly, phonepe agent gave me a POS device and they said phonepe is the best and India's #1 payment gateway. Well, I accepted the call. But the POS device stopped working and I haven't got any support. @PaytmBusiness @PhonePe

@PhonePeSupport today, I contacted with the support team and they said “plz wait we will resolve the issue”. Now I got an email and i have to wait for another 7 days. I can’t feel that your support team is not knowledgeable. They know very well how to handle a ticket.
