@UPS firstly, why are you replying on DM instead of publicly? Second quick question, how is it you can you get a parcel from Germany to England within a couple of hours of ordering, but it takes 4 days and counting to get it from Tamworth to Barnsley? Could’ve walked it quicker

@UPS possibly the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. Friday, no show, several calls later... Monday, no show despite “I guarantee it will be there by 7pm”. One positive I can take is that you’re still on a 100% failure rate of upholding a promise
