A Technical Working Group meeting was convened to support the development of the Long-Term Care Strategy under the Strengthening Gender Inclusive Initiatives Project, funded by the Asian Development Bank.
During the meeting, members of the working group reviewed and discussed the preliminary findings of the rapid appraisal conducted for the elderly needs assessment. Participants also exchanged insights and recommendations to help shape a comprehensive and sustainable long-term aged care strategy that responds to the evolving needs of older persons in the Maldives.

The @MoHmv has, by our preliminary reading, published a set of information on its website that appears to meet the threshold for full compliance with the proactive disclosure obligations under the RTI Act.
If confirmed by ICO review, this would be the 1st ministry to do so.
