@KitchenAid_CAre Hi Teresa, totally agree waiting for repair is never easy. Waiting for a repair on a brand new $2000.00 dishwasher is unacceptable. Please, let’s just replace now. Is there someone you would like me to call?

@KitchenAid_CAre beyond frustrated and pretty sure nobody cares! I had a new KitchenAid (KDTM404KPS) dishwasher professionally installed 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t had a single dish in it yet. So far all its done is leak. Can someone please try and improve this experience?

@KitchenAid_CAre Should also indicate that a seal has been ordered but could take up to 45 days to arrive and is not a guaranteed solution. That will make it 2 months before we could use a NEW dishwasher. Be honest would YOU persoaccept that?

@KitchenAid_CAre Teresa, We have had 3 technicians to our home to look at the brand new $2000.00 dishwasher….unused…the last one feels it is internal. Other one the door first one installation…We really shouldn’t have to keep damaged goods. Not fair at all.

@KitchenAid_CAre We have had three techs out, no-one is interested in staying past 10 minutes to see the leak replicated because it is apparently a non-billable call!!! Heard yesterday that new part could be 45 days. Not paying $2K to wait over 2 months on a brand new dishwasher. Who can I call?
