@rainSouthAfrica I have called your call centre multiple times in the past 3 weeks and no luck to get delivery as promised. Your shops are so busy people have to take leave of work for a day to queue for help. It’s sad you think you can come to SA and abuse is here like this.
@rainSouthAfrica ordered a router 3 weeks. Went to collect, the queue was so long it was out the door I couldn’t wait for hours. I then requested delivery. It’s been 3 weeks and my small business still has no router or internet. Your service honestly is so disappointing
