@AskPS_UK I'm now having the same problem... The last error code I got was: (SU-41333-4) and I am now having to buy a new hard drive because of this... Please can I get some help and who can I make a complaint too? @Activision are a joke

@AskPS_UK Wow... This was the end result after I went on fix and replace and you also expect me to pay £175 when I'm not the one at fault... It's Activision!!! Surely I can't have been the only person that's this has happened too?? So annoyed right now 😡😡😡

@AskPS_UK I also check my system storage before I installed any games and I feel like my hard drive has shrunk in size... Is this normal?

@AskPS_UK Hi again... I've reinstalled the software through the USB and it seemed to do it fine... The only thing that seems to be an issue now is that the main menu is very slow to get round and the ps4 booting up and closing applications down is very slow... It wasn't like that before...

@AskPS_UK After the error I reset my ps4 back to factory settings and reinstall my games apart from COD but this time my other games kept freezing mid game so my ps4 is just unusable

@AskPS_UK Yes since the season 5 update it started off freezing and crashing in the lobby waiting to enter a game so had to keep shutting the game down and restarting it... It's got worse by crashing my ps4... I've uninstalled COD and reinstalled it but same problems have happened...
