I always struggled to wake up, so I got Alarmy and set the ‘STEP’ option to force me to walk. Walked to the couch and dozed off again, had to be drastic now. So I added ‘Missing Symbol’. Now it’s Body and mind, u r bound to wake up. Helped me a lot. #alarmy #HeavySleeperChamp
