@PassportIRL hi it’s saying on my tracking number my passport has been delivered to Kilkenny I’m in belfast? It’s been like that since 25th March can you let me know is this normal? Can’t get through on webchat or phone ever!!
@PassportIRL I have received a alert when I check to track my passport to say there has been an issue and you have sent me an email but I’ve no email from you. Been on web chat everyday from start to finish and can’t get through can someone please contact me back and help.
@PassportIRL It also said 3 weeks ago they were processing my application and now they are saying there’s an issue with my documents. That’s why I’ve got an alert saying they sent me an email explaining the steps to follow and I can’t find the email. Did you see my screenshot of the alert?
@PassportIRL But it says there was an issue with the supporting documents and to check my emails to see the steps to follow. I haven’t received an email. I’ve submitted all my documents and it says there is an issue. Would it be better if someone could possibly give me a call?

Those in the events industry, the freelance sector which has been a growing part of our economy over the past 20 years, and who have started new businesses, have been hung out to dry in receiving no support. We have a duty to do more for them. The @ExcludedUK should be included.
Whist many parties have been in full support on our mission to endeavour a long term plan to help those in hospitality. Thankfully, Jim wells does not speak on behalf of all of the DUP, when he makes insensitive remarks about the closure of coach nightclub! @StephenNolan
