@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I've been using your services for almost 10 years & the customer service & listings have been on a steady decline. Hosts and guests were not allowed to write fraudulent reviews. Once those reviews/responses were called out with proof to customer (1/3)

@AirbnbHelp I have already spoken with multiple customer support agents regarding this, even sent an escalation email to the CEO and instead it was routed back to customer support. Your company does not care about discriminatory practices, your customers and fraudulent lies, only your $$$.

Accessibility issues that the host lied about in their listing a few weeks ago. Time for me to start using other platforms since airbnb has lost my trust as a nomad traveler. Do better! It's already hard enough traveling as a Black disabled single mom! (3/3)

Support, they were promptly removed. Now even with providing proof, those fraudulent responses/reviews are allowed to stay, even when it violates your own company's policy! I've even had to report a customer service agent for ableist comments after I filed a complaint about (2/3)

@gudad721 @notcapnamerica We live abroad and I'm in academia. I tell my 15 year old twins all the time Wikipedia and TikTok are not a source of information. When I make them write papers, they actually have to cite their references and they better list journal articles and books.

@Dant3sinf3rn0 @AP I went to that same area with my kids and felt completely safe. I also lived in Medellin with my kids and walked around at night. We felt completely safe. We have had more issues living in France and the US, than Colombia or Mexico.
