@SoWaLabTeam What is going on with the cost of post that is more than the turbine?.

[james @djnorman1972]

@SoWaLabTeam Hi can I please ask from someone thst would love and has been waiting to buy the turbine why it's costing more to post than the unit itself.
I send a £2000bottle of scotch to China " insured" for less.
Is this A HUGE MISTAKE. If not I'd buy several
Thanks

The flames of the Phoenix.
A nice dram!!

[james @djnorman1972]

@Ardbeg I feel ardbeg is promoting 2 the younger gen 2 much who need introducing to scotch not only its extremes. The affordable new bottles cn b seen as chilly vodka.
At 18 Id been put off scotch ths as a 1st dram.
I love all types & found it smokeable & enjoyable but im a 30yo drinker

[james @djnorman1972]

@pswhisky @SMWSUK I'm a young whisky " drinker"learner at 50 now. I'm trying to understand the huge amount of difference between a good young and a bad old. To then learn what and why a bottle can cost as much as it does,. Is the way to learn to check an auction 2 b4 I open the bottle or after??.

[james @djnorman1972]

@PoshScotch @The_Macallan Looking faward to the near future now, may helps chose a macallan that will.let express me all in a bottle ( New york)

[james @djnorman1972]

@pswhisky I'm with you on this, the day before there emails were saying these bottles were only going to be avalible at the venue and there would be a ballot I think for 4 bottles for those of us that can't make it. I'm totaly confused are these pre festival bottles ???

[james @djnorman1972]

@AberdeenShop There's nothing like a great dog to bring repeat customers in.

[james @djnorman1972]

@BoutiqueyDave @AberdeenShop So we all should be doing , not turning it into.a get rich competition and stopping so many people opening a great £50 or lately £100 rrp bottle that they payed £700 for at auction. Relax, share and enjoy is the way forward.

[james @djnorman1972]

@AberdeenShop No malcontent intended, there has to be a good fair purchice policy with these elusive bottles as you have along with a superb shop and staff.

[james @djnorman1972]

@BoutiqueyDave @AberdeenShop That went down well, hope you can get one faster than I can . Iv not managed to even try it no mind buy a bottle after trying for 5 years now. Still so glad to se someone open a bottle and not flip it .🥃
