@Kwads01 @StandardBankZA Customer service needs to be primary at all times. We can’t be given a hard time by institutions that hold OUR MONEY. The few times person-to-person interactions are required, the #CustomerService should be heightened and not decreased. Perhaps they’re tired of me as a client. 🤦🏾‍♂️
