@JackMassacre_@DiehardOsfan55@tetrarosie The polls underestimated Collins by around 10 points in 2020. Undecideds don't cover all that, they were just terrible.
@AGlavkoverkh @based_crocker To an extent but you need a severe gap in candidate quality. Ashley Hinson in Iowa and Dan Sullivan in Alaska are both pretty inoffensive Republicans in R + 13 states in the last election. But most Democrats think Peltola has this in the bag.
@davidslosttt If you shift the popular vote to R + 4 The GOP would have had 57 senate seats. I don't think that makes the senate candidates they put up "generational".
@2LoganDuron2 @RedEaglePatriot@KJVPopulist@grok The polling for RCP showed Cruz winning by 8 in 2018 and he won by 2. So it's possible polling error could benefit Democrats.
@GovLake@EarthoOS I mean Democrats talk about Texas being a swing state 10 times more. I think both are right it's just that becoming a swing state will be a long process for Texas and New Jersey.
@RedEaglePatriot This doesn't account for the fact that Georgia likely gets Democrats in power by 2030 which would guide the post census to have a map that has majority democrats.
