@CityLab @neilhimself midnight live reading? Or full cast play? #graveyardbook

[djprobert @djprobert]

@realEstateTrent Soccer fields, 7v7 or 9v9 league. Rent it to clubs - events are big draws for main tenants. Low maintenance and initial capex.

[djprobert @djprobert]

@SanPedroNL @luissusarrey porque no trabajan doble turno para acabar las obras de Alfonso Reyes y Gómez Morin? Y
Pidan orden a los contratistas

[djprobert @djprobert]

@Roybattyforever @HavocCrave_ Pero Silmarillon?

[djprobert @djprobert]

@realEstateTrent For many cities and small towns there are no options! Won’t even quote full coverage when renewing… so we’re stuck with expensive, badly designed policies with agents that provide ZERO service. I.E. South Padre Island, Brownsville, TX (location of SpaceX)

[djprobert @djprobert]

@Roybattyforever Willem Dafoe - inexpresivo?!?!?!?!

[djprobert @djprobert]

@heIpfullandlord Most love the chase too much, to sit still. Probably have owned or held massive portfolios - for a while.

[djprobert @djprobert]

@CiroDi Super útil.

[djprobert @djprobert]

@realEstateTrent Amazing work ethic - do you think he’ll buy? (Kudos!)

[djprobert @djprobert]

@Roybattyforever Depende que arco elijan, hay muchos cómics y novelas de donde elegir…más importante que el director… el éxito Marvel fue ese… (Civil War, Ultron, Days of Future Past) y DC con Dark Knight

[djprobert @djprobert]

@realEstateTrent We grind on, find ways to add value and be compensated for it. For our work not our leverage strategies.

[djprobert @djprobert]

@domene Despéjenla!!!!

[djprobert @djprobert]

@blumpkinabc @realEstateTrent Large coffee, selected property listings, a good walk around the type of asset you would buy. Ask questions, talk to the tenants, call realtors, check out garbage and service corridors. Talk to lawyers and bankers in suburbs or secondary cities,they know the people who own stuff.

[djprobert @djprobert]

@CFE_Contigo D1207662054

[djprobert @djprobert]

@Roybattyforever @MotelPurgatorio Pero importante que la hiciera para que mejorara para dar más y mejores movies…

[djprobert @djprobert]

@realEstateTrent We try to design stairwells, service areas, admin office, and electrical in those “elbows” - even some lookout balconies that try to make the property instagrammable….

[djprobert @djprobert]

@realEstateTrent Limited offer to non drive thru tenants… and is the green belt part of an easement? (Same bldg limit on neighboring lot)

[djprobert @djprobert]
