A few days ago found a fledgling house sparrow. Took it in, fed it, gave it love then reunited it with its parents. Watching while they helped it to a place of safety. Seeing them taking turns feeding it. Even another sibling turned up to greet it. What a privilege!

I grew up an hour away from these kids in this exact world & time in Indiana. 1976, I was 6 years old. Terry “Knievel” Bolinger is the 13 year old boy in this news clip. Notice how they say they stayed out all night long until the early morning building this ramp? Kids were feral in the 1970’s!
