@virginmedia No outages. Since switching to 360 it’s been the worst experience in having Virgin media installed ( we have had VM for over 20 years) it’s gotten to the point of not even switching the TV due to the problems

It’s slow, it crashes about 4 times a day. It misses recording programmes - can I go back to the old version please ? This new version isn’t working for us.
