Ossoff: Last September, the President of Kazakhstan calls Donald Trump and says he wants to grant tungsten mining rights to an American company. And the very next month, Eric and Don Jr. get a stake in the American company pursuing the mining deal.
Six days later, six days after Prince Eric and Prince Don get their stake, Kazakhstan announces this company will get, “The largest known undeveloped tungsten resource in the world.” A few more weeks go by, and then the U.S. government, run by their father, sets aside 1.6 billion of your tax dollars to fund and finance their mining project. In Kazakhstan.
All this while you pay more for gas, for groceries, for health care, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
As I said in a recent interview with Tali Goldsheft, the purpose of "vote blue no matter who" was harm reduction, sanity, and voting for the candidate who had the best chance of winning.
It was never supposed to cater to extremists and those with fringe beliefs on the left.
I have incredible empathy for a woman who’s just had a miscarriage having to make a video defending her husband’s infidelities. But a man so damaged by combat - according to him and his family - that he’s said and done destructive things for decades needs to recover, not run for Senate.
My issue about revisiting Biden middling debate performance is that it's viewed as the ultimate death knell while Kamala Harris absolute DESTRUCTION of Trump in their debate is completely ignored
Either debates matter or they don't
So much revisionist anti Democrat bs at play. We've all been hyper plugged in for a decade and and I KNOW that didn't happen.
Undeniable truths:
-Bernie lost badly and didn't support Hillary
-Trump first term was a sht show
-Biden was pushed out
-media supports Trump
@DavidOAtkins It’s the prevailing problem in American politics: everybody has an opinion, but too few understand the rules. The gap between how folks want things to work and how things actually work is the source of so much of our frustration.
I do not understand this economy where nursing homes are so expensive they bankrupt grandparents, yet aides rely on food banks. Daycare can take up a parent’s entire paycheck, yet providers still cannot earn a livable wage and end up needing a second job.
I know this will probably piss off a lot of people, but if you really cared about the people of Gaza you would have done everything in your power to keep trump out of office in 2024 and would be doing everything you can now to get him out of power instead of going after Democrats.
It’s worth noting that when Jan. 6 happened, the pro-Trump right used dozens of conspiracy theories to try and offload blame from themselves—e.g., claiming it was “antifa,” “feds.” Now, they seem keen to just admit they did it—all of it—and it was good.
Remember when Gabbard announced she uncovered indisputable proof Obama committed treason and indictments were coming. Then, crickets.
HAHA you MAGAts are dumb af.
As a Black man and lifelong Democratic voter, it’s crazy to me that panels are trying to analyze the DNC Autopsy report and what went wrong in the 107 days leading up to the 2024 election without including any POC in the conversation.
Especially if they’re talking about “woke” politics. Miss me with that shit.
To believe that Gaza cost Democrats the election, you have to believe that left wing voters in swing states, where turnout was equal or higher than in 2020, voted for Trump over Kamala despite the fact that Trump campaigned on turning Gaza into a Middle Easters Monte Carlo. I think leftists don’t realize they’re telling on themselves here.
When people whine that I bang on too much about the media double standard when it comes to how they cover the economy now vs under Biden, I like to remind them that the media's actions DIRECTLY LED to where we are today. Every bit as guilty as people who voted for Trump.
