@DRSAgarwalwe Shifted our household goods trusting better service despite higher charges. Under GC No. 5023855, several items were damaged and unusable (~Rs.10K loss). Claim Manager Mr. GV Ramanna offered only Rs.2.2K and behaved unprofessionally. Very disappointing service
