@Airtel_Presence Payment done on 18th morning and still now no proper response from anyone. Whereas before installation and after enquiry we got more than 15-20 calls for payment and installation.
@Airtel_Presence we booked airtel wifi installation on wed 18.06.2025 . Organiser informed that it will be installed on same day but technician who came for installation said there is no wired connection nearby and it can not be installed. On taking up with organiser he informed
I seriously doubt if the organiser and technician are dragging the process once payment is done or is it usually @Airtel_Presence your method is receive payment and make the customer run behind you for installation?
@Airtel_Presence If yu people are not able to do the job for the payment taken on first instance then kindly refund the amount which we have paid such that we can shift to other good service providers.
@DaikinIndia have purchased daikin non invertor ac recently. Today daikin technician came for installation and to my surprise he was working for installation from 4.30pm till now 10.30 pm and handed over bill with various fake items in bill. Is this usual routine ?
Green line issue has come in samsung s21fe which was purchased on feb 2023 .@SamsungIndia as a one time free screen replacement , samsung galaxy phones affected by green line is replaced. But in service centre they are demanding fee . Kindly explain in this regard
@SamsungIndia We have spoken and somehow the store people accepted the replacement with only labour charges . But they are saying it will take min 10 days. Two days back they said 5 days and now its 10 days. Yu people expect us to be without phone for ten days ?
