AMC Theatres is implementing a controversial new policy to crack down on bad theater etiquette.

We got some new details on the upcoming remaster of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots in Master Collection Vol. 2
Here are the highlights:
- Targets 4K 60FPS on PS5
- Textures have all been upscaled and look way clearer, especially text. The HUD is also in 4K now rather than 720p
- the iPod and PlayBoy magazines both make a return, and keep their original functionality
- New control scheme, uses triggers now for aiming and shooting
- Since original MGS4 relied heavily on the PS3 controller’s pressure sensitive buttons, the control scheme has had a significant overhaul to make the game work without this
- There’s a new load save menu as its no longer tied to the PS3 hardware menu
- Loading seems to be near instant now
- There’s a new “Back to Main Menu” option in the menu, likely taking you back to the launcher to pick between MGS4 and Peacewalker
- There may be new dialogue to explain the new control scheme, fingers crossed the OG voice actors returned for this and hopefully even remade the “We are on a PS3!” Otacon call to work with all the new platforms
MGS Master Collection Vol 2 is just around the corner, releasing on August 29th
Still feels hard to believe that MGS4 will be freed from the PS3 and playable everywhere, they seem to be making all the right changes and updates so fingers crossed it ends up the definitive version of MGS4

I scarcely see Darryl Banks mentioned amongst the best Green Lantern artists. This guy drew some of the most iconic GL covers ever and defined how Green Lantern looked for close to a decade. 90’s art is often “controversial”, Banks delivered great stuff. One of my faves.
