Ordered it on 18 April with next-day delivery. After delays, marked LOST & replacement promised by 1 May. Now even that isn’t shipped yet, & I’m stuck waiting with no resolution.

Paid ₹5,161 to ICICI Bank under protest to protect my CIBIL.
Bank credited reward points due to THEIR system issue. After 1–2 years, reversed & demanded recovery
But kept redemption fees on those same points
